Abstract submission

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 1 December 2017. Guidelines for abstract preparation are provided below and should be read carefully prior to preparing your abstract. All abstracts must be submitted electronically using the submission tool after the registration procedure is completed Remember all fields must be filled out for a successful submission.

For consideration of your abstract, the following information should be provided:

  • names and affiliations of the authors and co-authors;
  • complete contact information;
  • title of the paper;
  • 300 word abstract presenting the subject and main results.

Full paper submission

The deadline for submission of full papers is 15 January 2018. The full papers (6 - 8 pages) are required to meet certain criteria, including the assurance that they are original, and have not been previously published elsewhere. The papers will be subject to preliminary linguistic review prior to their submission for peer evaluation. All papers will be subject to peer review process by reviewers, members of the Scientific Committee.

The peer-reviewed MATBUD'2018 conference papers will be published with MATEC Web of Conferences - Open Access publication series dedicated to archiving online conference proceedings

All published papers will be identified, like any journal article, by authorship, title, and all relevant metadata for indexing and abstracting (DOI number) enabling the cross-referencing. Moreover, all published papers will be indexed in main databases and also submitted for indexation in Web of Science and Scopus database, similary to sucessful MATBUD'2015 eddition. The copyright of the articles will be retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons Attribution licensewhich permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

In addition, accepted papers will be published in MATBUD'2018 Conference Proceedings (hard copy).

Important Notes:      

  • At least one author of the paper must register to the conference.
  • A maximum of two articles per author is accepted.
  • Full paper shall be submitted not latter than 15 January 2018 via your online account
