PRESENTATION RULES
The program of the conference is available on the conference website.
To present your paper, you need to join the session by using the link that will be given on the conference website (the same for all participants, including presenters).
When you will be invited to present your paper by the chairperson, your presentation will be displayed and we will give you a remote control on it – you will be able to move the slides according to your needs by using your computer mouse.
You will have remote control over the presentation during your speech and a short discussion as well.
Please do not forget to unmute yourself and turn on your video.

PRESENTATION SUBMISSION
Presentation preparation and submission
Uploading the presentation:
Each paper is required to be submitted as a presentation on the following link and named as follows: MATBUD2020_PaperTitle (replace it with individual paper information).

The deadline for uploading all the presentations and specifying the presenter who will attend the session is 16 October 2020.
Preparing your Presentation:
• Name your presentation file MATBUD2020_PaperTitle
• Presentations should be prepared for a maximum of 10 minutes oral presentation, this duration will allow for 5 minutes of live questions directly after the presentation.
• The presentation must be saved in .pptx format (prepared in PowerPoint).
• The presentation must be prepared in size 16:9 (panoramic view).
• Please, take care of the good quality of the graphics used in the presentation.
• All presentations must reach us by October 16.
Declaration of presenter:
To arrange logistics of the virtual platform it is crucial to list the relevant presenter for your paper. Please, specify presenter for each paper in the survey on the following link.
Full paper submission
The deadline for submission of full papers is 30 April 2020 31 May 2020. The full papers (6 - 8 pages) are required to meet certain criteria, including the assurance that they are original, and have not been previously published elsewhere. The papers will be subject to preliminary linguistic review prior to their submission for peer evaluation. All papers will be subject to peer-review process by reviewers, members of the Scientific Committee.

The peer-reviewed MATBUD'2020 conference papers will be published with MATEC Web of Conferences - Open Access publication series dedicated to archiving online conference proceedings www.matec-conferences.org.
All published papers will be identified, like any journal article, by authorship, title, and all relevant metadata for indexing and abstracting (DOI number) enabling the cross-referencing. Moreover, all published papers will be indexed in main databases and also submitted for indexation in Web of Science and Scopus database, similarly to successful MATBUD'2015 and MATBUD’2018 editions. The copyright of the articles will be retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium provided the original work is properly cited.
In addition, accepted papers will be published in MATBUD'2020 Conference Proceedings (hard copy).
Important Notes:
• At least one author of the paper must register to the conference.
• A maximum of two articles per author is accepted.
• Full paper shall be submitted not later than 30 April 2020 31 May 2020 via your online account www.matbud.edu.pl
Abstract submission
The deadline for submission of abstracts is 15 January 2020. Guidelines for abstract preparation are provided below and should be read carefully prior to preparing your abstract. All abstracts must be submitted electronically using the submission tool after the registration procedure is completed https://www.matbud.edu.pl/account/add. Remember all fields must be filled in for successful submission.
